When working with Just Better Marketing LTD. you the client grant access to the necessary online platforms used by your company in order to fulfil the service/s required by the client. How the client decides to grant access is their responsibility and the client also has the right to remove access from Just Better Marketing LTD. at any time. You also grant permission for any existing or future online content related to your company to be used by Just Better Marketing Ltd. to fulfil the service/s required by the client and also to be used on any of the Just Better Marketing LTD. online platforms such as social media channels and their website however they choose to do so.

The type of duration for a service/s will be decided from the start of any agreement between the client and Just Better Marketing LTD. The service/s start date will be agreed and the duration of the service/s will be decided upon the options chosen by the client.

If a fixed service/s duration between the client and Just Better Marketing LTD. has been agreed then the service/s will last until the final agreed date as long as all outstanding invoices have been fully paid by the client. If in the circumstances where the client has not fully paid the last invoice or any previous invoices or has any late payments past the agreed payment/due date then Just Better Marketing LTD. have the right to change or remove the agreed end date or cancel the service provided between both parties. In order for the client to end an agreement earlier than the agreed end date they must notify Just Better Marketing LTD. and fully pay any existing invoices as well as to fully pay for any future months remaining to total the agreed price/duration at the start of service.

If a service/s with a rolling monthly invoice has been agreed then the agreed service/s will be ongoing until either the client or Just Better Marketing LTD. decide to cancel the contract agreement. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Just Better Marketing LTD. that they no longer would like to receive the service/s provided. In order to terminate the contractual agreement all existing invoices must be fully paid as well as the final monthly invoice in which the cancellation request was made. The final invoice will be for the full monthly amount regardless of what date in that month the cancellation request was made and agreed.

If a subscription service has been agreed between the client and Just Better Marketing LTD. and that service has a set duration then the client is obligated to fulfil the duration of the contract. This means that either Just Better Marketing LTD. fulfils full service until the end of the agreed term or the client pays for the full outstanding amount left on the contract duration. E.g if there is still 3 months left of subscription payments when the client wants to cancel they must first pay the 3 months in full before the contract can be terminated.

If a payment has not been successfully paid by the client it is down to the client to notify Just Better Marketing LTD. why this is the case. If the client has still not paid an outstanding invoice within 4 weeks of the payment due date then there is a 20% payment penalty. This payment penalty doubles every 2 weeks after the initial 4 weeks until the outstanding invoice has been paid.

All promotional content created for a client by Just Better Marketing LTD. is also allowed to be shared and used by Just Better Marketing LTD. to promote however they choose to do so. This content can NOT be used by a person or company without the permission of Just Better Marketing LTD. first.
